The closing date is 9am on Monday, 16th September 2013.
Entries will only be accepted from entrants with a UK mainland address and must be over 18 years old.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or undelivered. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Designs on Property Ltd will not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, internet access or otherwise preventing entry to any competition.
The Designs on Property Ltd decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by email by Tuesday, 17th September 2013.
Designs on Property Ltd exclude all liability for loss or damage you may suffer as a result of any Competition.
