The new service is free of charge to consumers. They sign up on-line, choose a free property magazine to be sent to their home and secure instant access to hundreds of checklists. The checklists give them a list of 10-20 essential to-dos.
SpareRoom.co.uk are sponsors of the ‘Renting by the Room’ checklist for landlords, which provides essential tips on tenancy agreeements, landlord insurance and licensing regulations, as well as how to research the room rental market.
