Only two London Boroughs have average house prices under £300k, whilst only one borough has an average price of over £1,000,000 (no prizes for guessing Kensington & Chelsea!)

Average London growth rates
At the moment there are three levels of year on year increases in London house prices:
Average growth rates since 2007/08 heights
Areas with growth below +25% are still considered ‘good value for money’ and there are still a few of those boroughs left in the capital.
Areas which have increased up to +25% in the last seven years:-
Areas which have increased +26% to +49% over the last seven years:-
Areas which have grown in excess of +50% since 2007/08:-
