How much does it cost?A building survey typically costs between £500 and £700 depending on the size and location of the building. Fixed fees for party wall awards for simple building work are typically in the range £795 - £995.00 depending in the location and nature of the proposal. More complicated matters such as basements are usually charge on a time basis. Expert Witness inspections and reports are always charged on a time expended basis. |
