Trusted trader accreditation, an endorsement scheme that helps consumers find reputable traders. A Which? Trusted trader Assessor examined Peter Cox Ltd business procedures across the board including fair advertising, professional conduct, paperwork and administration, guarantees and warranties, workmanship and materials, customer complaint procedures and after care. It was only after undergoing stringent tests and checks on their processes and customer satisfaction levels the Which? Trusted trader status was awarded.
