The indices are all full of the joys of the current Boris or Brexit bounce as the market kicks starts the year with a cracking set of numbers showing increased activity, which will be much welcomed, especially in London, the South and East. But, it’s always worth taking a look back at what has happened and not get too carried away with the current enthusiastic commentary....and then there's Coronavirus to add into the mix.
